2.The applicant would submit that the entire amounts have been settled and therefore, they have no further claims against the respondents. Therefore, this Application is filed for raising the order of attachment.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and perusing the papers, the order of attachment dated 11.01.2019 made in A.No.5691 of 2018 is raised and the Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the concerned Sub Registrar, Garoth through the Sub Court, C.G.M.
