The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondents have settled the entire dues and therefore the earlier order of attaching the immovable property made in A.No.1862 of 2016 dated 08.08.2016 be raised.

In view of the above, the order of attachment dated 08.08.2016 made in A.No.1862 of 2016 attaching the immovable property described in the schedule is raised and the order shall be transmitted through the District Court, Tirunelveli and communicated to SRO - Gangaikondam.
