This writ petition is filed seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his letter No.117/S/P/LS/2013 dated 30.05.2014 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant permission/NOC to the petitioner's proposed Law College under the name and style of "Sai Ram Institute of Legal Studies" at Poonthandalam Village, West Tambaram, Chennai-44 and for consequential relief.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
