Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records from the respondent pertaining to the impugned charge memo, Reference No.13791/ESI/SC/2/2006-5 dated 20.03.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondent to provide consequential benefits of promotion with retrospective effect, declare probationer period, regularize the suspension period, to provide proper increment and other benefits.
