ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to order No.R-17013/04/2013-EP(1M-1) dated 10.10.2013 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to issue provisional permission for admission to the petitioner college for the year 2013-2014.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, they admitted the students to the BSMS course in its college for the academic year 2013-2014.

3.In pursuant to the interim order dated 21.10.2013, this Court directed the 4th respondent to include the name of the petitioner's college in the seat matrix for 2013-2014 with an intake of 40 students, subject to the result of this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, students were admitted for BSMS course and the degree certificate was issued to all the successful candidates of the petitioner's college.

5.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to adjudicate the matter further. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
