W.P.No.12104 of 2015 Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing he impugned tender notification in Na.Ka.No.6147/2014/A3 dated 16.04.2015 on the file of the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to award the contract in favour of the petitioner within the specified time by this Honnourable Court in respect of item Nos.1,2 and 10 of the tender notification issued vide Na.Ka.No.6147/2014/A3 dated 04.02.2015 which were opened on 18.02.2015.

W.P.No.12105 of 2015 Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records which culminated in issuing he impugned tender notification in Na.Ka.No.6147/2014/A3 dated 16.04.2015 on the file of the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to award the contract in favour of the petitioner within the specified time by this Honnourable Court in respect of item Nos.3,4,5 and 6 of the tender notification issued vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the above petitions seeks leave of this court to withdraw the petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect in the petitions. 2.
