This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 9.6.2015 and investigate the matter.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 9.6.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 13.6.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
