This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.05.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 23.05.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite party had created false documents and settled the petitioner's property in his wife's favour. Subsequently, the opposite party filed a suit in OS.No.735 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur and decree has been passed. The dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature.
4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
