2. When the matter is called the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, as the matter has been settled out of Court. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
