Learned Advocate Commissioner filed his report dated 31.03.2023, stating that he had executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handedover the same to the applicant. He has also filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

2.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
