ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 28.11.2018 made in RCA.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the District Judge,

Karaikal(Appellate Authority) confirming the decretal order and fair order dated 22.03.2018 passed in IA.No.11 of 2018 in RCOP.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Karaikal 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has vacated and handed over the property to the respondent. As such, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
