Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the part payment of Rs.3,65,423/- (Rupees three lakhs sixty five thousand four hundred and twenty three) has been made by way of demand draft drawn on Karur Vysya Bank in DD.No.337259 dated 20.04.2023.
2. For the remaining amount of Rs.1 lakh and add, the learned Senior Counsel seeks some more time.
