The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings G.O.(20 year) No.75 dated 24.07.2013 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents herein to refund the amount of Rs.95,880/- which has been withheld from the petitioner's DCRG amount.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in this petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
