ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.31581 of 2016, by order dated 12.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the appeal/representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 pending before him and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.Alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 12.09.2016, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 01.02.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petitioner and accordingly, the same is closed.
