C.M.P.No.15332 of 2024 in W.A.No.SR 25625 of 2024 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and K.KUMARESH BABU,J.

This miscellaneous petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioners to file an appeal against the order dated 7.9.2023 passed in W.P.No.29221 of 2018.

It is submitted that the petitioners are third parties to the writ petition and in view of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the rights of the petitioners are adversely affected. Against the same impugned order, similarly placed persons sought leave and the same was granted by this court vide order dated 1.11.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.24620 of in W.A.No.SR 134235 of 2023, and the writ appeal is numbered as W.A.No.3308 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid earlier order dated 1.11.2023 passed by this Court and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and leave as prayed for is granted.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and list the same along with W.A.No.3308 of 2023.
