O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39827 of 2015, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner for her promotion to the post of Deputy Registrar.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and she was promoted to the post of Deputy Registrar. 3.

However, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner was promoted to the post of Deputy Registrar, she was not granted any monitory benefits. 4.

Considering the above submission, the grant of monitory benefit

is completely out of scope of the order passed by this Court and it cannot be considered in the contempt petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy by way of appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
