This petition is filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and notice for the 2nd respondent may be dispensed with.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
