ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking two weeks' time to pay the cost of Rs.1000/-, already ordered by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2025, to the Tamil Nadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Jayapalrajan, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, extension of time of one week is granted from today to the petitioner to pay the cost, failing which, without any further reference to this Court, the main petition for condone delay shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. On the aforesaid terms, the present petition stands ordered.
