(Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the First Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2020 and conduct an enquiry as against the Fourth Respondent.

When the matter is called today, Mr. C.K.Chandrasekaran, Learned Counsel appearing for the Bar Council submits that the complaint of the Petitioner against the Fourth Respondent has been referred to the Disciplinary Committee by the General Council of the Bar Council and the Writ Petition may be disposed of as the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has been considered.

Recording the submission made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
