2. Today, Ms.P.Dharseni, learned counsel for appellants is before this Court, but she is not ready to argue the matter and seeks for an adjournment citing difficulty for her senior.

3.Under such circumstances, this Court is constrained to dismiss the Appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed for Nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
