O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for not implementing the order dated 16.06.2014 in W.P. No.2358 of 2005 passed by this Court.

2. Both the learned counsel on record are present. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a Writ Appeal has been filed before the Division Bench and an order of status quo has been obtained.

3. In view of the order of status-quo in respect of the placement of the respondents, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.P. No.1 of 2015 in Writ Appeal No.542 of 2015 on 16.04.2015, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present, with liberty to file a fresh petition by the petitioner, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
