Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 17.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18250/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.27655/2019 and to show their bonafide through showing bank security without delay.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VENKATESHWARAN, Special Public Prosecutor for GST Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 17.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18250 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.27655 of 2019. 2.Heard Mr.A.Ganesh, learned counsel.

3.A memo has been filed in which, the petitioners Noor Mohammed and Hajimohamed Basiali have now appointed Mr.A.Ganesh as their counsel who has also filed change of Vakalat along with a petition seeking modification in Crl.M.P.SR.No.30516 of 2020 on 03.11.2020.

4.In view of that fact, it had been further stated in the memo that the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition namely Crl.M.P.No.3772 of 2020 may be dismissed as withdrawn. 5.Accordingly, the present Crl.M.P.No.3772 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

6.Registry may examine Crl.M.P.SR.No.30516 of 2020 which had been filed on 03.11.2020 and if the papers are in order, list the matter after numbering the same, before this Court for consideration on 27.11.2020 at 2:15 P.M.
