Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 not to interfere in the tenancy dispute in respect of the property in Door No.22/8A, 5th Street, Masque Colony, Maduvinkarai, Guindy, Chennai - 600 032 and further directing the respondent No.1 to take action against the respondent No.4 in the light of telegraphic complaint made by the petitioner on 03.12.2012.
