C.M.P.No.8830 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sixth respondent Lurdu Xavier in the above C.R.P. 2.C.M.P.No.8867 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1342 days in filing this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifteenth respondent Ranjithamery in the above C.R.P. 3.C.M.P.No.8868 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1974 days in filing this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent Arokiyasamy in the above C.R.P. 4.Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavits.

5.This Court is satisfied to allow these Petitions in the interest of justice. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.
