ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of bogus practitioner.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a medical practitioner and his Registration Number is 1719208. He further submitted that the petitioner completed his Master Diploma in Acupuncture at Indian Academy of Acupressure Science, Jodhpur and enrolled his name as a life time member of All India Siddha Doctors Association. bogus medical practitioner and harassing him continuously under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.49 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and the investigation is still in progress. Therefore, there is no scope for this Court to entertain this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., under the caption "Not to harass". 5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" does not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Therefore, the 2nd respondent police is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
