ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated 20.08.2014 passed in WP.No.22512 of 2014 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent has passed a detailed speaking order in G.O.(2D) No.7 Highways and Minor Ports (H.L.2) Department, dated 05.02.2016, rejecting the reply submitted by the petitioner. Accordingly, the order of this court has been complied with.
