2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.868 of 2007 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 04.12.2019 and the closure report was filed in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sriperumbudur and R.C.S.Notice No.274 of 2019 has been served on the de facto complainant.
