These petitions are filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 314 days in filing the above writ appeals.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
