ORDER

The petitioner seeks survey of the property comprised in Survey No: 3/1, 3/3, 3/5, 4/4, 9/1B2, 24/10 of Lingapuram Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and made a submission that due to the General Elections related https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

responsibilites the Revenue Authorities may not be able to attend to the matter immediately and requested some time to fix the date for enquiry.

3.The second respondent/Tahsildhar is now required to fix a date for enquiry sometime during the second week of June 2021, issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
