This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2646 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30a.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2646 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30a.m., until further orders. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police P-6 Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai.
