ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner here was arrested on 01.01.2022 for the alleged offence of kidnapping and penetrative sexual offence on a minor girl. 164 statement of the minor girl also perused and this Court finds that this petitioner by force has kidnapped the minor girl and taken her to various places and had sexual intercourse with her. Investigation is still pending and the medical report is awaited. In the said circumstances, it is not appropriate to release the petitioner herein on bail, since there is every possibility of tampering the evidence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
