This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders dated 19.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1095 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
