This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.1109 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed one of the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders". Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
