Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To pass an order suspending the sentence of imprisonment inflicted upon in the petitioners herein in S.C.No.92/2019 vide the judgement of conviction dated 03.01.2019 passed by the Learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur and to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the accompanying Crl.A.No.307 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.)
