The petitioner/A1 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.6 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. It is stated that the petitioner had given his car for servicing to the defacto complainant and since there was delay in returning back the car, the petitioner had gone over to the particular service centre along with six others and had taken away the car.

3. A memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that this petitioner and his son Ranjith had alone gone to the particular shop. He should disclose who are the other accused. Bona fide is not exhibited.

4. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
