This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in DVC.No.16 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Ponneri.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu would want this Court to convert the prayer and grant a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. I am inclined to

grant that relief while declining to quash proceedings. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri is requested to give priority to the case as the respondent before me is a young widow with a minor child.
