ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.31308 of 2016, by order dated 09.09.2016, directed the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the Form-I application submitted by the petitioners, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 07.05.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
