ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records in Proceedings No. 060820/1009/G42/G422/2015-2 dated 01.09.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and proceedings No.AE/Em/BPHIV/UKT/V.No.114/15 dated 02.09.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for the consideration of this Court in this matter inasmuch as after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner had requested for transfer in the year 2016 which has also been approved and the petitioner has been transferred from Viraj Power House to Nerunjipettai, Erode District.
