O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 29.08.2011 passed in CMA No.16 of 2007, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram.
2. On 01.11.2019, when this Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case records already been handed over to the petitioners and further he reported no instructions. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list and post the matter on 04.11.2019, under the caption "For dismissal".
3. Even though the matter is posted today (04.11.2019) under the caption 'for dismissal', either the petitioners nor their counsel is present to proceed with the case.
4. Hence, in view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
