ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 51A, 6(a) TNCP Act @ 132, 351(2) of BNS in Crime No. 80 of 2026, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported to this Court that in this case the offences are registered under sections 51A(6)(a) of the TNCP Act in Crime No. 80 of 2026, and further it is stated that the same are bailable offences.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of since the anticipatory bail is not maintainable. 18-02-2026 MPA To The State Rep. by the Inspector of Police, F-3, Nungambakkam Police Station, Chennai.
