The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed by the Court below that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, twice daily, by the order passed in C.M.P.No.250 of 2018 by the learned Principal District Session Judge at Tirupur.

2.Heard Mr.K.S.Kaviarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into account the age of the petitioners, the condition to report twice daily before the respondent police is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.02.2018 in C.M.P.No.250 of 2018 shall remain intact.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
