Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.23637/2015/R2 dated 7.7.2015 and quash the order passed therein and consequently direct the respondents to initiate action as per the provisions of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act for fixation of fair rent in respect of vacant property Door Nos.37 and 38, Arimuthu Maistry Street, Choolai, Chennai - 112, belonging to the petitioner.
