This petition is filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the Writ Petition in W.P.No.30042 of 2018.

The matter was initially listed for hearing on 28.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence the matter was directed to be posted on 04.11.2025 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today (i.e.,)04.11.2025 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petition.

3. Therefore, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
