The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner through the letter dated 03.01.2022 to issue patta, within a time frame. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in occupation of S.No.211/2, Pennathur Village, Vellore District classified as Government poromboke land (Tharisu) and she made representation to the respondents seeking issuance of patta in her favour under the 'scheme of distribution of two acres wasteland to landless/poor' category and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/ letter dated 03.01.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/ letter dated 03.01.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
