ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner-Sangam dated 20.11.2019 within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
2. From the prayer as sought above, this Court is unable to appreciate as to how a Sangam could maintain such a Writ Petition in respect of some action initiated by the official respondent (third respondent) against some individual workman in some Division. The entire affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition is completely bereft of any details and this Court is not able to comprehend as to what is the locus-standi of the petitioner-Sangam to canvass some imaginary grievance of the petitioner-Sangam in respect of some workman, they claim to represent. The averments are too bald and generic and those averments do not constitute any particular right for the petitioner-Sangam to seek for issuance of Writ of Mandamus.
3. This Court has to necessarily come to the conclusion that the averments as contained in the affidavit are selfserving and lack merits and substance. Such averments do not call for any adjudication and the prayer though appears to be innocuous, seeking mandamus to dispose of the representation, yet prayer cannot be granted at the instance of the petitionerSangam, which probably has an axe to grind against the Management. The entire Writ Petition appears to be illconceived, motivated and cannot be entertained even for a second.
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
