The relief sought for in this present writ petition is to call for the records culminating in the impugned notice bearing reference No.Na.Ka.No.14049/12/A6/Chennai dated 18.05.2016 issued by
2nd respondent and the subsequent notice dated 24.05.2016 bearing reference No.Lr.No.257/mds/SW/2016 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 4th respondent and recover the Wakf property situated at survey No.1284, bearing old Door No.8 New Door No.11, Mehdi Hussain Khan Street, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014 and hand over possession to M/s. Chota Naksha Charities Wakf.
2. The writ petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the notice issued to conduct General Body Meeting of members to select the new officer bearers to M/s.Chota Naksha Charities, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014. The impugned notice is challenged on the ground that the writ petitioner to participate in the General Body Meeting. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, the General Body Meeting was conducted subsequently and the said Chota Naksha Charities is now under the direct control of the Wakf Board, with effect from 28.09.2018 and the authorities of the Wakf Board assumed the charges and now administering the General Body Meeting.
3. This being the factum of the case, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished and no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
