This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2015

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Commissioner of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a copy of the complaint dated 01.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
