Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 10th respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 and take criminal action against the 6th to 8th respondents within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 10th respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 and take criminal action against the 6th to 8th respondents within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 3 and 10.

3. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner seeks only for hold an enquiry within the meaning of Section 82 r/w 83 of the Registration Act.

4. Now, this Court directs the (*) Deputy Inspector General/second Respondent to hold an enquiry into the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.01.2021, after hearing all the parties who are likely to be affected by his action and provide them a fair and effective hearing and dispose of the same, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
