to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the selection list for the year 2010 to 2011 & 2011 - 2012 of the 2nd respondent for the post of Drawing Master in the Government Schools, Dharmapuri District and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the appropriate selection list as per the special quota (Freedom Fighter) and seniority arrived by the 2nd respondent.

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In the

circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
