ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1075 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.34807 of 2020. 1\3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

4. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. On such payment, the delay of 1075 days in representing the above SA.SR.No.34807 of 2020, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
